In-stock items normally leave our fly shop within 24 hours. When you order from our web site, you will find out right away whether the items you want are in stock.

Standard Shipping Rates
All orders, $100.00 and more, will be shipped FREE via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the Continental United States. All orders, less than $100.00, will be shipped for a delivery charge of determined by the UPS Shipping Calculator. Oversize and/or overweight items may carry an additional shipping/handling charge. These items include but are not limited to 2pc fly rods, certain watercrafts and furniture.

Free Shipping
All orders, where the total price of merchandise is $100 or more, will be delivered free of shipping charges within the Continental United States unless noted within the item description. Delivery will be via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Flies will be mailed via USPS First Class mail. Free shipping is not available on international orders including Canada and Mexico. Free shipping is not available on all orders from Hawaii and Alaska. Some items within The Full Creel catalog cannot be shipped free because of their size and/or weight. These items include but are not limited to certain watercrafts and furniture. If an item does not qualify for free shipping it will be stated in the item description.

Express Delivery
Express orders will normally be delivered three business days after we receive them— for the standard rate in the above plus $12 (This applies only to items in stock at time of order). Express delivery service is not available to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or on certain items noted on the web site or in the catalog and excludes personalized, oversized, or altered items which may require additional handling.

Next Day Service
If you place your order by 2 pm CST, Monday through Friday, your order may be delivered the next business day--for the standard rate plus $21. Next Day Service is not available to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or on certain items noted on the web site or in the catalog and excludes personalized, oversized, or altered items which may require additional handling.

Next Day Service orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be assessed a $10 surcharge.

Canadian Deliveries
Surface shipping and handling is 25% of the total order amount or a minimum of $25 (allow 7-10 days for delivery). Delivery by air is 35% (allow up to 5 days for delivery).

Shipping and Delivery - International

International Orders
Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, check or money order in U.S. Funds payable by a U.S. bank. In order to ensure proper delivery, the recipient's phone number is required for international shipments.

International Deliveries
Shipping charges on international orders are as follows: additional $30 for orders under $50 additional - $35 on orders up to $200 additional - $40 on orders up to $300 additional 20% of merchandise total on orders over $300. This includes insurance and 5 to 10 day delivery. This does not include any import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Some merchandise on this site is not available for international shipment. The Full Creel maintains the right to adjust shipping charges stated in the shopping cart during check out. This adjustment is extremely rare and applies only to oversize and/or overweight items, express shipping and international orders.

The Full Creel fully understands the burden of paying shipping costs. We will do all that we can to keep these costs as low as possible. Most items in The Full Creel catalog are in stock. Occasionally the item may be out of stock and will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. In that case delivery may take one to two weeks. You will be promptly notified if delivery will be delayed. Occasionally, your order may be shipped in more than one package and may arrive on different days.
